Sidetrack Laser's Arbuckle Station

Come join Larry Cantral for this Hands-On, Make & Take Clinic
Saturday 8:00am until Noon or Finished

I first met Larry Cantral at the 'Anaheim Special' National Convention Train Show. I was seeking
donations for our upcoming Barstow and Temecula events and was drawn to his models as I
passed by his booth. He donated his 'Lumberjack Cafe' which I brought home, opened and studied.
I was amazed how complex yet simple these kits could be.

Anyway, during our conversation, I invited him to come to Las Vegas to do a Hands-On clinic. I didn't realize at the time that he thought we were an exclusive Santa Fe modelers group. And that is why
he suggested the Santa Fe Depot located in Colton, California. To my surprise, he was talking about a
kit he hadn't even produced yet. As it turns out, he is producing the kit especially for this convention
with very special care taken to recreating the exterior stucco finish. This building would also be an
excellent passenger or freight depot on your layout with signs of your choice.

All of Larry's buildings would be more than welcome on anyone's layout. His techniques are different than what you might expect when you first view his finished models. During this clinic you will learn the
right way to assemble Laser Kits, including some of the do's and don'ts. You will be able to use his techniques for applying shingles using the right white glue (not all dry the same) and how he paints his finished models using everyday Spray Can paints. This Building is HO Scale.
(This is an Extra Fare Clinic and Seating is Limited)
