Pool Side Terrace, "The Tent"
The Orange Blossom Special Swap Meet will be held in the Pool Side Event Center which is adjacent to the north parking lot. It's size is 50 x 90 feet with a tent cover. Both Convention attendees and non-attendees can get tables to sell items. The numbers of tables are limited to 40. Tables are 2-1/2 ft x 6 ft. and will come with one chair. Here is that opportunity for you to clean out your garage and make a few dollars on the stuff you will never build.
Set up will start at 6:30 am and the meet will start around 8:30 am, immediately after the Hobo Breakfast, and run until noon. Entrance to the meet is reserved for Convention attendees during the first hour.
The swap meet will be open to the general public from 9:30 am to noon. The entrance fee for the general public is $3. If you want to park at the hotel there will be a $7 parking fee (no in and out privileges) in addition to the entry fee. The SWAP Meet entrance fee will, however, NOT include entrance to any other event at the convention.
Swap Meet Registration for Convention Delegates
Convention attendees who want to sell at the swap meet must indicate this on the Convention registration form. Please also note the number of tables you like. The first table for the attendees is free and additional tables are $10 each.
Swap Meet Registration for Vendors and Non Convention Delegates
The seller fee for sellers who are not paid attendees of the Convention is $10 per table plus a parking fee of $7 (with no in-and-out privileges). The parking fee needs to be paid directly to the hotel on the day of the meet.
Each seller must fill out the Special Registration Form for non-attendees, print it and mail with a check to the address on the form prior to the Convention.
